Our Nativity Play was, as ever, a complete treat! Our youngest pupils, some just three years old, performed beautifully, with charm, confidence and poise. Well done to all concerned in putting on such a magnificent production!
Art Club meets after school, and Years 1-4 have been busy!
These fabulous decorated skulls were created as part of learning about Mexico's Dia de los Muertos. Others studied different varieties of leaves to make colourful autumn mosaics in just one session.
Each term we have a new Year 6 band performing for us in a music assembly. Here is the first for this year, the band is called Fleet and they are performing Lean On Me. For the full audio visual, please see our Facebook page!
We don't restrict friendliness to a week, of course, but this week we paid special attention to notice others being friendly, and wrote down some of the acts of kindness and support that we witnessed. These were then made into a wonderful display. It's lovely to read about all the nice thing...
Junior Orchestra were rehearsing early this morning for their forthcoming orchestral concert, when they will be performing some festive pieces. We have an enormous variety of instruments, including cello, violin, drums and xylophone. Something to look forward to!
If you were wondering about the request for plastic bottles: our pupils have made poppies for remembrance to welcome you back after half term, and in preparation for our Remembrance Assembly on Friday.
