Gifted and Talented
It is a fundamental principle of the school’s approach that the qualities and strengths of the individual pupil are recognised and nurtured. The school operates a monitoring programme to identify pupils who may benefit from individualised extension and support. Pupils’ special gifts and talents may lie in any one of a very wide range of subject areas. Where such pupils are identified, they are supported by a rich and imaginative range of differentiated activities in order to maximise their potential.
