The school communicates frequently with parents and we welcome communication from you.
You will receive the School Newsletter weekly, plus occasional letters from the School Office or the class teacher about events and changes at school. As far as possible communication is by e-mail or ParentMail.
Parents who drop and collect their children from school will have the opportunity to see the class teacher and other staff briefly on most days. For a longer discussion, an appointment for a mutually convenient time can be made through the School Office via the School Secretary. Dealing with any concerns as soon as possible is to everyone’s advantage, and it is helpful for the school to be made aware of any circumstances that may affect a pupil’s performance or wellbeing.
In the first term of each year, teachers hold a curriculum information meeting to outline the curriculum for their year group and to provide guidance on how parents and guardians can support their children’s learning.
"There are so many informal opportunties to communicate with staff and nothing is ever too much trouble."
