We hope that you will visit us during a school day and have a good look around. Once you have had a tour of the school, the next step, if you are interested in The Cavendish School for your daughter, is to complete our registration form and pay the registration fee of £100.
On receipt of the form and the fee, we will confirm that your daughter is registered for a possible place with us and give you an indication of when offers for her intake are likely to be made. We then offer places on a first come, first served basis, according to the date of registration (but with sibling priority).
If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.

PROSPECTIVE PUPIL REGISTRATION FORM
Has your child had any engagement with outside agencies of which the School should be aware? e.g. speech and language therapist, occupational therapist, educational psychologist, local authority children’s social care, CAMHS etc.
We request that the above named child be registered as a prospective pupil of The Cavendish School (the School) AND in respect of the non-refundable Registration Fee:
By signing this Registration Form, we understand, accept and agree that:
1. registration of our child does not secure a place at the School but does ensure that our child will be considered for selection as a pupil at the School;
2. if our child is offered a place at the School, such an offer will be subject to the School’s terms and conditions for the provision of educational services which will bind us in the event (and from the moment) that we accept the place;
3. if applicable, the School may request from our child’s present school: (a) information in respect of our child; and/or (b) information about any outstanding fees and/or supplemental charges;
4. the School may process any personal data about us (or either of us) and our child, including sensitive personal data about our child (such as medical details), for the purposes of (a) its admission procedures and (b) generally managing relationships between the School and its prospective pupils. Such data will be processed in accordance with data protection legislation*
*“Data Protection Legislation” means any data protection legislation from time to time in force in the UK (including the Data Protection Act 2018 or any successor legislation) and (for so long and to the extent that the law of the European Union has legal effect in the UK) the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and any other retained European Union law relating to privacy.
