Catholic Preparatory School - Blog

Wednesday, 29 October 2008

In the UK a preparatory school is one which prepares children aged up to thirteen (but usually 11) for secondary education in secondary independent schools. The prep school will be also an independent and so pupils' families will pay fees in order for their children to attend.

In the US and Canada the term is used to describe University or College preparatory schools.

Cavendish is an Independent Catholic Girls School based in London for pupils of all faiths, founded by a Catholic Order we continue the strong Christian ethos and so are non selective and teach a broad and diverse curriculum. We take girls from aged two and also accept sibling boys up to age seven.
See the main site for news and information on Cavendish School and get in touch with any questions you may have.
